Feeling a lot of Anger? Here is a good resource for women.

Many of us were not taught or modeled how to deal with anger in healthy and constructive ways. Anger is not a bad emotion. What we do with the anger can be the problem. "The Dance of Anger" is a best-selling book by Harriet Lerner. I highly recommend this for women who find themselves struggling with angry feelings and are unsure how to deal with those feelings in a different way.
